Copies can be sent with your students or if you would like to scan or photograph these documents and email tphelps@alpineacademy.net, we will put those items in your student's file.
Please assure we have copies of all this documentation by Thursday, September 18, 2014.
We will be happy to take your calls at the school if you want to check on what documents we already have!
