NEVADA STATE REPORT CARD The Nevada School Performance Framework (NSPF) is an annual summary of school performance developed by Nevada stakeholders. The NSPF meets State and Federal policy requirements and provides a tool for parents, students, educators and communities to receive clear and concise information about how their schools are performing on a scale from 1 star (Not Meeting Standards) to 5 stars (superior). ALPINE ACADEMY'S USE OF TITLE III FUNDS -
Should Alpine receive funds related to Title III, they will be used to purchase instructional materials, professional development, training, or curriculum designed to help immigrant students.

CHARTER SCHOOL MANAGEMENT COMPANY

NRS 388A.020  “Charter management organization” defined. 

1.  A nonprofit organization that holds a written charter, charter contract or other equivalent agreement to operate more the one charter school in this State or another state; or

2.  A nonprofit organization incorporated in this State for the purpose of operating a charter school in cooperation with a charter management organization that holds a written charter, charter contract or other equivalent agreement to operate more than one charter school in another state.
